Your responsibilities

We’re looking for a Senior UI Designer to craft visually stunning and highly functional digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role sits at the intersection of branding, user experience, and development, bringing brands to life while establishing bespoke design systems that elevate industry standards.

  • Design captivating digital experiences for websites, mobile apps, and web applications—ensuring they’re both beautiful and seamlessly functional.
  • Collaborate closely with clients—from setting creative direction to delivering refined visual designs and interactive prototypes that make an impact.
  • Build and evolve design systems, ensuring they’re not just well-structured but effectively adopted by teams.
  • Champion strong design decisions—advocate for high-quality design execution with both clients and stakeholders while helping shape our design culture.
  • Mentor and inspire junior designers, sharing your expertise to elevate the team’s creative output.
  • Think beyond static design—a solid grasp of motion design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, strategists, and product teams to push the boundaries of digital experiences.
 

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years of experience in UI design, graphic design, or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital design work.
  • A passion for visual storytelling, branding, and pushing design beyond the expected.
  •  A growth mindset—you’re always learning, iterating, and evolving your design skills.
  • Deep expertise in typography, composition, branding, and design systems.
  • Mastery of Figma—from setting up to maintaining design systems for various projects and customers.
  • Strong collaboration skills—you understand how to communicate with developers, balancing aesthetics with front-end capabilities and accessibility best practices.
  • A sharp sense of prioritization—you know when to move fast and when details matter.
  • Great communication and listening skills, able to navigate user and client feedback with ease.
  • A solid portfolio (online or PDF) showcasing your best work—applications without one are unlikely to be considered.
  • You don’t speak German? No big deal, English is our main language.
